WHAT IS EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUES?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles of energy flow throughout the body. There are many energy pathways in the body, called meridians. Health problems and difficult emotions occur when there is a disruption of the energy along one or more of these pathways.

EFT is a gentle, non-invasive technique that, once learned, can be used by anyone, anytime.

EFT can help with headaches, stress, chronic pain, addictions, anxiety, insomnia, weight loss, grief, past traumas, phobias and much more.

The basic sequence of EFT involves focusing on a specific issue, and tapping gently 5-7 times with the fingertips on a prescribed sequence of meridian endpoints.

EFT can be learned and used by anyone on their own. However, many people prefer to work with a practitioner when attempting to resolve difficult emotional issues, past traumas and chronic conditions that have not responded to other types of treatment.

EFT has a high success rate and is able to work through many issues much quicker than using more traditional approaches.

EFT often works when nothing else will.
